This week we will be dishing up a middle eastern classic – FALAFEL! Falafels are a firm favourite and go great in a wrap, or on top of a healthy salad or even with some healthy ActiFry chips.

So to get started put all of the ingredients into the blender and whizz it all up. Then roll the mixture into little balls and put them into the ActiFry. Use a little brush to coat them in oil and close the lid. Select the vegetable balls setting and you’re off!

Ingredients:
- Kidney beans
- Chickpeas
- Shallot
- Garlic
- Flour
- Water
- Salt and pepper
- Ras-el-hanout seasoning (sounds fancy but you can get this in most supermarkets)
- Oil
