• 75ml Coffee, brewed and cooled
• 25ml of Milk
• 100g Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 Medium ripe Banana
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon -
Instructions
Using Tefal PerfectMix Cook Blender
Prepare the Ingredients:
• Brew the coffee and let it cool to room temperature using your coffee of choice.
• Measure out 25ml of milk. Whole milk will give a richer flavour, but you can use any milk, including plant-based options like almond, soy, or oat milk.
• Weigh 100g of vanilla ice cream or approximately two large scoops.
• Peel the banana and break it into chunks for easier blending.
• Measure out ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Blend the Smoothie:
• Pour the cooled coffee into the Tefal blender and add the milk, vanilla ice cream, banana chunks and ground cinnamon.
• Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well mixed.
Serve:
• Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.
• Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a banana slice on the rim of the glass.
• Drink immediately for the best taste and texture.

Aidan's Top Tip:
Freeze your Bananas in advance and blend them to form a banana ice cream, serve this with Christmas desserts. This is a great way to reduce waste and use soft, ripe bananas which were destined for the waste bin.
