F is for Festive Feasts

If you’ve been following our Tefalphabet A-Z of cooking tips over the last couple of months, then hopefully you’ve picked up some new kitchen skills along the way and you’re ready to put them into practice.

It’s time to hit top form in the kitchen, because Christmas Day – aka the biggest, most important meal of the year, is almost here! It’s the cup final of cooking and your entire family has already secured front row seats for the big event. No pressure!

We’re giving you the chance to bring in a new star player to your kitchen in time for the big day though – you could win a Tefal Ingenio set in our Festive Feasts competition to make your life a bit easier in the kitchen for Christmas.

For your chance to win, all you need to do is send us your cracking Christmas cooking creations with the hashtag #FestiveFeasts. Post your entry on our Facebook page, or tag @tefaluk on Twitter or @tefal.uk on Instagram with the hashtag.

Whether you’ve been putting the finishing touches on your Christmas cake, perfecting your pigs in blankets, or whipping us some mince pies to share with the office then we want to see them.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Eligibility: This promotion is open to UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Groupe SEB their relatives, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No purchase necessary.

Promotional Period: The Draw starts at 0900hrs (BST) on 12/12/2016 and ends at 23.59hrs (BST) on 19/12/2016.

Entry Instructions: The Draw will be advertised on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TefalUK/)  and Instagram  (https://www.instagram.com/tefal.uk) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/TefalUK) only. To enter you need to complete the following:

1. Post a picture of your Christmas creation you have made in the kitchen on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TefalUK/), Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/tefal.uk/) or Twitter (https://twitter.com/TefalUK)
2. Include the hashtag #FestiveFeasts

Any illegible or unsuitable entries (at the Promoter’s discretion) will be disqualified.

Only one entry per person. For the avoidance of doubt, if more than one entry is received from the same Facebook, Instagram and Twitter handle by the same person, all such entries and any associated will be disqualified. Multiple Instagram, Facebook and Twitter accounts by the same person are not permitted. Entrants who do not give correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries, (e.g. By the use of ‘script’ or ‘brute force’ or the use of automated devices or processes). In the event that person’s entry and all associated multiple entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

Any entrant and/or winner must comply with any directions given to him or her by the Promoter, prize provider(s) and/or their agents and with all relevant laws, rules and regulations, restrictions, and itinerary. Failure to comply with instructions, itineraries, rules, restrictions, requirements, laws and guidelines may result in an invalid entry and/or forfeiture of the prize.

Prize Fund:

No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize or any part of the prize (to an alternative prize or part of the prize of equal or greater value) for any reason in its sole discretion including without limitation due to circumstances beyond its control or if any part of the prize becomes unavailable. If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and the Promoter will then award this the first runner up.

Winner Selection: There will be 1 x winner independently selected at random from all valid entries posted before the closing date.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified through a Twitter, Facebook or Instagram direct message within 2 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize and make adequate contact within 28 working days or they will lose the right to the prize.

Winner Claim: The winners must claim their prize by notifying Tefal of their date of birth, full name and contact details. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or successful contact is not made within the time periods set out above or, if the winner fails to meet any other eligibility requirements, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant (without further liability to that entrant) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.

The winners name and county will be available by writing to Tefal – Festive Feasts, Bray Leino, Filleigh, Devon, EX32 0RX within 3 months of the closing date.

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries/claims or winner notifications that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, corrupted, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.

Personal information will be shared with the Promoter’s external partners and agencies for the purposes of administrating this promotion. By opting in and thereby allowing the Promoters to use their details for future marketing purposes, entrants accept that the Promoters will share their personal data with external partners and agencies in order to facilitate future marketing communications from the Promoters.

The Promoters reserve the right to alter, amend, cancel, modify or withdraw the competition or any part of it without prior notice or compensation at any time if circumstances make this unavoidable.
