Garment Steamer Competition T&Cs

This promotion shall be governed by the following Specific Terms:

1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom over the age of 18 years.

2. No purchase necessary. Internet access required. To enter,

3. The opening date for receipt of entries is on 17/08/2020 and the closing date for receipt of entries is on 24/09/2020. Only one entry per person for the duration of the promotion.

4. The winner[s] will be selected from all valid/correct entries by random draw under independent supervision. The window of the competition entry will be running for up to 72 hours from the influencer’s original posting date on their Instagram feed. Each of the 4 competition start dates will be staggered across the duration of the competition. The winners will be selected by 25/09/2020.

5. The prize is ONE Tefal Access Steam Care DT9100G0 Handheld Garment Steamer. The total number of prizes is 4.

6. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48h of the closing date[1] and prizes must be claimed by 30/09/2020.

7. Prizes will be delivered to the winner by post to their designated address and will be posted by no later than 21 days after the promotion closing date.

8. Any personal information provided by the entrants will be used by the Promoter and/or its agents for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants. The Promoter may also publish publicly the name and county of the winners.
