This recipe by Baking Queen 74 is to die for: packed with soft apricots, fresh apple and lightly spiced with some fragrant cinnamon, she says it’s delicious for a weekend breakfast or perfect for an afternoon snack. We definitely agree.

Apricots are great in all dishes and even when they’re not the main feature they definitely add a unique flavour. Our cinnamon apple recipe is accompanied by dried apricots, which are thrown in at the end of the cooking process. Refreshingly light and delicious, this is a great dessert for a light spring or summer evening.

Delicious and nutritious, this rice dish by Ethnic Spoon is packed with apricots and almonds, creating a fantastic mixture of flavours. The balance of savoury comes from ingredients including onions and chicken broth, where the sweetness comes from the apricots and dates. The almonds add a nice crunch so the whole dish has a great variety of textures. Simply delicious!
