Easy Cheesy vegetarian is rustling up a classic with a modern twist… the beloved samosa but these are made with spinach and tofu. These tasty samosas can be dipped in your fav mango chutney sauce, yum! Don’t worry, samosas sound very difficult to make, but these are easy-peezy thanks to the ActiFry. Using only 1 tablespoon of oil they will still be deliciously crispy but without all of extra fat of deep frying.

To start fry the garlic, onion, mushrooms and spinach in a frying pan. Add the tofu and if you would like an egg, however, this is optional so you can keep it vegan without one.

How to wrap a samosa
Add a couple of spoons of filling on top of a piece of filo pastry and begin to fold over in triangles. Don’t worry if things get a little messy, you can always poke the filling back in 😉 Next add the samosa to the ActiFry to crisp up. Now all you need to do is serve up.
