We’ve all got good intentions to get a little bit fitter and a little bit healthier, but here at Tefal we know that busy lives always get in the way. That’s why we’ve launched our Spin Class – not a weekly session hitting the pedals, but one with the Tefal ActiFry Genius paddle.

That’s right, your favourite food bloggers are on hand to show you how to make those tasty fried foods a little bit less naughty. Every little bit helps in our quest to feel healthier this summer, right?! And this time it’s a corker with scrumptious breaded mushrooms from Easy Cheesy Vegetarian.
You may know her as Amuse Your Bouche, but Becca, who has been blogging about all things veggie food since 2011, has undergone a bit of a rebrand. She’s still serving up fab meat-free recipes, but now as the Easy Cheesy Vegetarian.

To knock up a batch of these temptingly crisp breaded mushrooms you’ll need just four ingredients: mushrooms, of course, oil, breadcrumbs and curry powder. It doesn’t get much simpler than that.
Mix the curry powder in with the breadcrumbs, then dunk your mushrooms in the oil, then the breadcrumb concoction. It’s much quicker than the traditional flour, egg, breadcrumb method and we think you’ll be hooked. Then pop them in your ActiFry and serve with your favourite sauce.
