It’s a Food Revolution because healthy eating doesn’t mean boring salads composed of Iceberg Lettuce and a side of food envy. Lavender & Lovage span the Tefal Dinner Spinner and landed on the kebab, a contentious takeaway in which some swear by as the ultimate hangover preventer and leaves others full of greasy regret. However, fear not, Lavender and Lovage have created a beautiful Healthy Indian Style Kebab that tastes great and solves the time old dilemma of when you can’t decide between an Indian or a Kebab. No toss up needed, you can have both with this flavoursome meal.

Marinate your chicken pieces in the perfect spice combo for 1 hour. Add the chopped onions, pepper, garlic and oil to the Actifry for 10 minutes then add your flavoursome chicken and cook for another 15 minutes. Then all you need to do is to top this on to a beautiful salad, raita, and mini nan bread. Finally, sprinkle with chopped coriander and there you have it, a cheeky Kebab full of flavour and so healthy you will drop old greasy takeaways like a bad habit.
