5 Things To Do With Mackerel

  • As a quick snack or as a part of a main meal, mackerel is a superfood you should definitely factor into your diet. Not only is this oily fish packed full of omega-3, it’s also high in protein, which is essential for building and repairing cells.  

    As if that wasn’t enough to recommend it, it’s also more sustainable than tuna or salmon, not to mention that it’s much cheaper. So it’s good for the body, the soul and the pocket!

    Fresh or canned, it’s an exceptionally versatile ingredient: enjoy it grilled, fried, barbecued, poached or even oven-baked.
