  • Sausage Week plans sorted? Feast on a different flavour every day of the week with our pick of banging bangers to sizzle on the grill.

  • Monday: Pork and Bramley apple

    As flavour combos go, pork and apple is right up there with strawberries and cream, so no surprises that it’s a big hit in the sausage stakes. They’ve got to count as one of your 5-a-day, right?

    Great for: bangers and mash with a twist, DIY pork and apple sausages with pepita coleslaw.

  • Tuesday: Toulouse

    If smoked bacon, garlic and red wine sound like your kinda flavours, then these coarse-textured sausages need to be on your shopping list. Try them – what’ve you got Toulouse?

    Great for: cassoulet, Toulouse sausage roll.

  • Wednesday: Mozzarella and smoked tomato

    Like pizza in a sausage, the spicy Mediterranean flavours are just the thing to liven up a midweek dinner.

    Great for: sausage pasta bake – or grill them up and pop them on a pizza 😉

  • Thursday: Caramelised red onion

    Onion gravy and bangers are BFFs, so adding sweet caramelised red onion to the sausage mix is a masterstroke. And one that will definitely be happening on our Sausage Week menu…

    Great for: firecracker sausage rolls, or serve with these rosemary roast potatoes.

  • Friday: Cumberland chipolata

    Two firm favourites rolled into one: Cumberland’s top blend of herbs and spices squeezed into skinny chipolata sausages. What’s not to love?

    Great for: sticky honey and mustard sausage wheel, pigs in blankets.

  • Saturday: Chorizo style

    Spice up Saturday with chorizo-loaded bangers. Their flavour alone is a party for your taste buds, but these sausages also make a yummy ingredient in all kinds of recipes.

    Great for: sausage gnocchi, smoky sausage and bean casserole.

  • Sunday: Venison

    If by day seven you’re up for a change from pork, are you game for a bit of venison? Lean and meaty, these sausages are a whole new flavour experience, perfect with a rich gravy or part of a hearty casserole.

    Great for: venison sausages in red wine, venison sausage and mushroom casserole.
