    Crafting a delectable Christmas dinner for 6-8 people using your Tefal Easy Fry is not only efficient but also a breeze, taking just 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let’s start with the ingredients you’ll need for a complete festive feast:

    Turkey Joint:

    🎄 1.25 kg Turkey Joint

    🎄 Olive oil

    🎄 Salt and pepper

    🎄 Herbs (thyme, rosemary, sage)

    Vegetables and Sides

    🎄 Honey-roasted parsnips (fresh or frozen)

    🎄 500 g parsnips

    🎄 3 tablespoons honey

    🎄 2 tablespoons olive oil

    🎄 Salt and pepper

    Brussels sprouts (fresh, whole)

    🎄 500 g Brussels sprouts

    🎄 2 tablespoons olive oil

    🎄 Salt and pepper

    Pigs in blankets

    🎄 12 small sausages

    🎄 12 bacon slices

    Sausage stuffing balls

    🎄 300 g sausage meat

    🎄 1 finely chopped onion

    🎄 1 egg

    🎄 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

    🎄 Herbs (thyme, sage)

    Roast potatoes (no pre-boiling needed)

    🎄 800 g potatoes

    🎄 3 tablespoons olive oil

    🎄 Salt and pepper

  • Preparation

     🎄 Turkey Joint Preparation:

    Rub the Turkey Joint with olive oil.

    Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.

    Cooking:

    Place the Turkey Joint in the larger drawer of the Air Fryer.

    Set the Air Fryer to 180°C and cook for 42 minutes.

    If fresh: Peel and cut the parsnips into sticks.

    Mix parsnips with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

    Cooking:

    Place parsnips in the smaller drawer of the Air Fryer.

    Add them after 17 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint (for fresh, 25 minutes cooking time).

    For frozen, add them after 27 minutes (for 15 minutes cooking time).

    Wash and trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts.

    Mix them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Cooking:

    Place Brussels sprouts in the smaller drawer of the Air Fryer.

    Add them after 27 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint (for 15 minutes cooking time).

    Wrap each small sausage with a bacon slice.

    Cooking:

    Place pigs in blankets in the smaller drawer of the Air Fryer.

    Add them after 27 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint (for 15 minutes cooking time).

    🎄 Sausage Stuffing Balls Preparation:

    Mix sausage meat with onion, egg, breadcrumbs, and herbs.

    Form into equal-sized balls.

    Cooking:

    Place sausage stuffing balls in the smaller drawer of the Air Fryer.

    Add them after 27 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint (for 15 minutes cooking time).

    🎄 Roast Potatoes Preparation:

    Wash and cut potatoes into chunks.

    Mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    Cooking:

    Place roast potatoes in the smaller drawer of the Air Fryer.

    Add them after 2 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint (for 40 minutes cooking time).

    Roast Potatoes: 40 minutes in the smaller drawer, add after 2 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint.

    Honey-Roasted Parsnips (fresh): 25 minutes, add after 17 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint.

    Honey-Roasted Parsnips (frozen): 15 minutes, add after 27 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint.

    Brussels Sprouts: 15 minutes, add after 27 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint.

    Pigs in Blankets and Sausage Stuffing Balls: 15 minutes, add after 27 minutes of cooking the Turkey Joint.

    PS: – Check the Turkey Joint with a meat thermometer to ensure it has reached an internal temperature of 75°C.

            Check the vegetables and sides; they should be golden and cooked through.
