  • Our Spin Class instructors show you just how easy it really is to create some delicious dishes that require little to no oil keeping your food fresh and healthy! Winner, Winner, chicken dinner… well actually on today’s menu we have sauteed beef with peppers and ginger…nom nom.

    Here to show you how it’s done is the Slimming Foodie; a real professional in the healthy eating department. Slimming Food is all about being big on flavour and small on the cals so you know this dish is going to go down a treat with the whole family.

  • To get started add your chopped onion and only 1 tablespoon of oil to the ActiFry and cook for 5 minutes. Next add the beef and tomatoes, pepper and ginger and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, add soy sauce and honey and cook for a further 5 minutes.
